IDsquared works with its clients, free of charge or commitment, to establish what they need and to advise on how to make the best use of a Non-Executive Director or Chairman. We will then be in a position to quickly produce a shortlist from more than 400 individuals we work with and begin introducing you to people who can help you realise your plans.

Our Fees
We do not charge a fee for initial discussions and producing a shortlist; this is anonymous but the calibre of the people we are able to offer will be clear. Only if you would then like to proceed to meet shortlisted Directors do we ask for a one-off, flat fee.
All of our other fees are entirely success related. When one of the short-listed Directors goes on to work with you we ask you to pay a success fee equivalent to 35% of that person’s first year remuneration. At this point we refund in full the short-list fee that has already been paid. This success fee is subject to a minimum of £2500 + VAT.
