Our founding Directors are:
Simon Webber – Managing Director
Simon has spent nine years working for a City-based corporate finance house which specialises in raising private equity for growing companies. He is also a Director of an early stage investment house and a business incubator.
Through this work, he identified the need for IDsquared’s services to help companies, for whom money was not the (only) answer, to find the right Non-Executive Directors or Chairmen to help them develop. He proudly sits on the Board of Manchester’s largest charitable grant-maker, giving over £5 million a year to community projects around the city.
Jay Hale – Chairman
After many years on the Boards of companies in the UK and overseas, Jay’s recent career has been in coaching company leaders and all aspects of personal development. He works with a number of venture capital investors performing due diligence on the management teams of prospective investments.
Our Directors bring a varied blend of skills to IDsquared with a focus on company development and a keen appreciation both of what makes a good Non-Executive Director, and just how vital they are to sucessful companies.
